This Herbal Fix it all Salve has the properties to help decrease inflammation and pain when applied to hands, knees, feet, shoulders, etc. 
The herbs included in this are well known for their pain relief capabilities like Nettle, Helichrysum, and Comfrey. 
These herbs are infused in a mix of olive oil and hemp seed oil for 4-6 weeks then it is mixed with beeswax to create a perfect texture that’s not too hard and not too soft and essential oils are added to increase the potency.
